baywin Platform Account Terms
These are the terms under which we operate baywin and the conditions you accept when you open an account with us. Our platform is available only where local law permits online wagering and gaming. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where such activity is prohibited. When you register with baywin, you confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements, that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, and that your use complies with applicable local law.
This document outlines the account-opening process, deposit and withdrawal mechanics, bonus conditions, our settlement rules for sportsbook and casino games, our dispute-resolution process, and your rights and responsibilities as a baywin account holder. We update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our service. Any material changes are notified to active account holders via email.

Account Opening and Eligibility

We do not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your payment provider (bank or wallet) are their responsibility, not ours. Our baywin Settlement Rules
Sportsbook wagers on football fixtures settle within hours of match conclusion. Once the official final score is confirmed by the league authority (Liga 1 via the Indonesian Football Association, Piala AFF via ASEAN Football Federation, Champions League via UEFA), we publish the result and credit or debit your account immediately. Settlement is automatic; you do not need to request it.
Live-dealer games settle at the conclusion of each hand or spin. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger outcomes are determined by real-time gameplay and settled instantaneously. Slot games feature instant spin resolution with immediate payout or loss.
Esports markets settle based on official tournament results and match outcomes broadcast by the league or tournament operator. Mobile Legends Professional League (MPL), Free Fire tournaments, and PUBG Mobile competitions settle according to their published schedules.
If a match is cancelled or postponed, we hold your bet in a "Pending" state until the fixture is rescheduled and completed. If the match is permanently cancelled, we refund your stake in full as a void. We do not settle bets on cancelled matches as losses.
We publish settlement rules before you place a wager. Once you confirm your selection and odds, those terms are locked and cannot be changed retroactively.
Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers
Any promotional offers we publish (if any) are subject to specific terms displayed at the time of offer. We do not make guaranteed bonus promises; any bonus is conditional and may include wagering requirements, game restrictions, or time limits. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate your dispute through our formal dispute-resolution process, which involves written submission and documented review by our compliance team.
We aim to resolve disputes fairly and transparently. However, our settlement decisions are final once published in our system unless we discover a documented error (e.g., a calculation mistake or a misread result).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified to registered account holders via email at least seven days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of baywin after the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept changes, you may request account closure and withdrawal of any balance.
Data Protection and Privacy
We collect personal information (name, email, payment details, identity documents, proof of residence) for account management, verification, and fraud prevention. Limitation of Liability

Your exclusive remedy for disputes is our formal dispute-resolution process. You agree not to pursue legal claims outside that process without first attempting resolution through our support team.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which baywin operates. You agree that any disputes shall be resolved under those laws and through our dispute-resolution process. Our services are available only where local law permits. You are responsible for verifying that your use complies with your own jurisdiction's law.
