Account and registration

On the baywin login page, select "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. We will send you a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link in the email to open the reset form. Enter your new password (at least 8 characters, with upper and lower case, numbers, and symbols). Submit the form and log in with your new password.

If you do not receive the reset email within subject to verification, check your spam folder or contact support with your registered email and username. Support will verify your identity and assist with password recovery.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on baywin requires two documents: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of residence (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). Upload clear copies of both documents via your account settings under "KYC Verification".

Our team will review your documents and verify your identity. Verification typically takes one to two business days. Once approved, you are eligible to withdraw funds. If your documents are rejected, we will notify you of the reason and allow you to resubmit.

Payments and transactions

To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on baywin, navigate to the Deposit section of your account. Select your preferred payment method from the list. Yes, baywin accepts direct bank transfers via e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and online payment. Go to your Deposit section and select "Bank Transfer". Choose your bank from the list. You will see a baywin virtual account number (unique to your account). Transfer the desired amount from your personal bank account to that virtual account number using your bank's app or ATM.

Bank transfers typically complete within 1–2 hours during business hours, and may take longer on weekends or public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, etc.). Once the transfer is received, your baywin balance updates automatically. For large deposits or issues with your virtual account, contact support with your bank name and transaction reference.

baywin provides several account controls in your Settings menu. You can change your password, update your registered email, modify your mobile number, and manage your stored payment methods. You can also review your transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, settlements) in the Account Activity section.

If you wish to close your account permanently, contact support with your username and a reason. We will process the closure, void any pending wagers, and return your balance (minus settled losses) to your registered payment method within a standard processing window. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Games and markets

baywin offers markets on major football and tournament competitions: Liga 1 (Indonesia), Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF (regional championship), Champions League (European club competition), Premier League (England), and Piala Asia (international tournament). We also cover MotoGP (motorcycle racing) and badminton tournaments.

For each match or fixture, we list multiple market types: match result (win/draw/loss), over/under goals, Asian Handicap, correct score, and player bets. If you have a promotion code, enter it in the Promotions section of your baywin account. Log in, go to Settings or Account Menu, and select "My Promotions" or "Redeem Code".
